Will it work with my machine?
Anything with an MDB interface qualifies. We install a reader and camera at the machine door, connected via MDB. Tell us the make and model and we will clarify it on the call.
What does it cost?
We are looking for the first operators: no software or licence fees, you only pay for the hardware. What retrofitting your machines costs, we discuss on the call.
Is the age verification legally compliant?
Under § 114 GewO it must be established that the person at the machine is the person on the ID. That is exactly what we check: the ID chip or ID Austria, then the face. The only legally compliant solution in Austria.
May I hand over beer and wine this way?
Selling from the machine is prohibited under § 52 (2) GewO. With Click & Collect the sale happens online; the machine hands the order over only after the age check. Legally permissible with Click & Collect.

Yes. The system runs every day in our shops in Vienna, for real. Drop by, or request a call-back.

Mi az a Click & Collect?
Online vásárolsz és fizetsz, a rendelésedet pedig az egyik automatánknál veszed át. Az eladás online történik — az automat csak kiadja.
Hogyan fizetek?
Kártyával, Apple Payjel vagy Google Payjel. A fizetést a Stripe kezeli; a kártyaadataidat soha nem látjuk.
Igazolnom kell az életkoromat?
Csak ha a rendelésed korhatáros terméket tartalmaz, például alkoholt vagy dohányárut. Minden mást egyszerűen átveszel.
Milyen okmányok működnek?
Chippel ellátott útlevél vagy személyi igazolvány — az okmányon lévő chipjelről ismered fel. Vagy ID Austria a telefonodon. A jogosítvány és az e-card nem működik.
Hogyan veszem át a rendelésem?
Fizetés után kapsz egy átvételi kódot. Beírod az automatán, szükség esetén igazolod az életkorod, és kinyílik a rekesz.
Mennyi időm van?
Hét nap a rendeléstől. Utána az átvételi kód lejár.
Nem tudtam átvenni — visszakapom a pénzem?
Igen. Ha hét napon belül nem veszed át a rendelésed, az összeget automatikusan visszatérítjük. Ha ez egyszer mégsem történne meg, csak írj nekünk.
