Will it work with my machine?
Anything with an MDB interface qualifies. We install a reader and camera at the machine door, connected via MDB. Tell us the make and model and we will clarify it on the call.
What does it cost?
We are looking for the first operators: no software or licence fees, you only pay for the hardware. What retrofitting your machines costs, we discuss on the call.
Is the age verification legally compliant?
Under § 114 GewO it must be established that the person at the machine is the person on the ID. That is exactly what we check: the ID chip or ID Austria, then the face. The only legally compliant solution in Austria.
May I hand over beer and wine this way?
Selling from the machine is prohibited under § 52 (2) GewO. With Click & Collect the sale happens online; the machine hands the order over only after the age check. Legally permissible with Click & Collect.

Yes. The system runs every day in our shops in Vienna, for real. Drop by, or request a call-back.

Yalnızca siparişinde alkol veya tütün gibi yaş sınırlı ürünler varsa. Diğer her şeyi doğrudan teslim alırsın.
Hangi belgeler geçerli?
Çipli pasaport veya kimlik kartı — belgenin üzerindeki çip sembolünden anlarsın. Ya da telefonundaki ID Austria. Ehliyet ve e-card geçerli değildir.
Siparişimi nasıl teslim alırım?
Ödemeden sonra bir teslim kodu alırsın. Kodu otomata girersin, gerekirse yaşını doğrularsın ve kapak açılır.
Ne kadar sürem var?
Siparişten itibaren yedi gün. Sonrasında teslim kodu geçersiz olur.
Teslim alamadım — param geri gelir mi?
Evet. Siparişini yedi gün içinde teslim almazsan, tutarı otomatik olarak iade ederiz. Bir aksilik olursa bize ulaşman yeterli.
